Meet Your Instructors
cHLOE
"Movement as Medicine" Chloe brings a decade of global experience—from the nurseries of London to the retreats of the Philippines. Her teaching blends the heat of dynamic Vinyasa with the restorative depth of Yin, specifically curated to soothe the nervous system.
tOM
"Strategy in Motion” Tom bridges the gap between the boardroom and the mat. With a background in global HR and leadership coaching, he integrates Pilates and functional movement with the mental tools needed to navigate a high-pressure and fast paced world.
Focusing on You
Before you meet us, we want to acknowledge the most important person in the room: You. Your journey is unique. Whether you are walking into the studio to find a moment of peace from a hectic career, recovering from an injury, or looking to build the mental resilience needed for life’s "mountains," you are the pilot. We are simply here to guide with a map and the tools.
tHE jOURNEY, WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A TYPICAL SESSION
Arriving
We begin by grounding through breathwork and gently awakening the body with Tom’s precision Pilates. Expect core activation, mindful movement, and focused stability work to help you feel connected and present.
Heat Building
We’ll move into a dynamic Vinyasa Flow led by Chloe, linking breath and movement through a sequence inspired by our flexibility theme.
Play Time
This is where we deep dive into the theme. Chloe and Tom will break down key stretches, exercises, and yoga postures, with plenty of time to explore and ask questions. Optional hands-on guidance and 1:1 support will be available throughout.
Calming
We transition into grounding Yin Yoga and nervous system regulation practices, allowing space for a deep physical and mental reset.
The Fire and Ice Reset
We have partnered with our friends at Fire & Ice Wellness to offer the ultimate post-session recovery experience, tucked away in the serene, natural oasis of Westbury Wildlife Park, Bristol.
Our sessions are designed to be inclusive.
Whether you are navigating a physical injury, a disability, or neurodiversity, we teach to the most vulnerable body in the room. Props, chairs, and modifications are always provided.
FAQs
I’ve never done Pilates or Yoga before; is this for me?Absolutely. We believe in "Progress over Perfection." Our sessions are designed for all levels. We provide clear verbal cueing and visual demonstrations, ensuring that whether you are a beginner or an athlete, you will find a version of the movement that feels right for your body.
What should I bring for the day?Just yourself, a bottle of water and comfortable clothing. We provide high-quality mats and props. If you have a specific physical requirement or use mobility aids, please reach out in advance so we can ensure the space is perfectly prepared for you.
To make the most of your Fire & Ice experience, we recommend bringing:
Two towels – one for sitting on in the wood-fired sauna and another for drying off after your cold plunge.
Swimwear – comfortable and suitable for both the cold plunge pool and sauna.
Water bottle – hydration is key to enhancing the wellness benefits.
Flip flops or sliders – ideal for moving between the sauna and plunge pool.
Warm clothing – perfect for keeping cosy after your session.
Before your session you will be able to complete relevant physical activity readiness and session related forms for the workshop.
What is Fire and Ice? The Fire: Unwind inside a traditional Finnish wood-fired sauna, designed to deeply soothe aching muscles, improve circulation, and ease mental tension.
The Ice: Step into the fresh air and immerse yourself in an organic, spring-fed natural cold water plunge pond or chilled ice baths to dramatically reduce inflammation and sharpen cognitive clarity.
The Space: A tranquil, tree-lined sanctuary where you are encouraged to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature.
